New York-based agency Feintuch Communications has been named PR agency of record for marketing consultancy the Center for Emotional Marketing.

Center for Emotional MarketingCEM is a full service strategy and innovation firm with roots in neuroscience and psychology. The agency claims that brands impart a highly nuanced series of associative cues, and offers a framework for companies to manage and improve their brand perceptions among consumers. The Westchester County, NY-based firm was founded in 1995 by Leslie Zane, who previously held marketing and product development roles at Revlon, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Avon.

Feintuch’s campaign for CEM will include media relations, case histories, bylined articles, speaking platforms and sponsorships in a bid to promote CEM’s thought leadership. The account will be led by agency president Henry Feintuch and senior managing director Richard Anderson.

Feintuch, which represents consumer tech and clean tech companies, in 2015 accounted for nearly $820,000 in net fees.
