The account win follows a competitive agency review process.

CAMC will manage communications and social media strategy in the U.S., Canada and Caribbean markets on behalf of the tourism destination, known as the “Island of Spice” due to its production of nutmeg and mace crops. The GTA in 2014 launched its “Pure Grenada” destination marketing brand in a bid to repositioning the Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique islands as a major tourist destination, and CAMC will also work to raise awareness of the Pure Grenada brand in target niche markets.

Miami-based CAMC, which was founded in 1985, represents other DOT agencies including the Costa Rica Tourist Board, the Montserrat Tourist Board and Trinidad & Tobago Tourism Development Co.
