Atout France, France’s official tourism development agency, has retained travel and lifestyle PR firm Quinn to assist with press and media relations functions and strategy.

New York-based Quinn, one of the top travel PR firms in the country, will develop communications recommendations for the tourism authority, which is responsible for developing France’s tourism economy as well as promoting France within the U.S. market.

The agency will also help with the creation of media kit materials and will implement a press outreach strategy for the tourism promotion operator.

Quinn’s PR efforts will focus strictly on Paris and the Paris region.

The contract, which began in May and terminates in December, fetches Quinn a $4,250-per-month fee.

Quinn’s other tourism authority clients include the Finger Lakes, NY; Fort Worth, TX; South Beach, FL; and Lexington, Kentucky.
