French/West/Vaughan picked up Rise Against Hunger, a Raleigh, N.C.-based organization with the mission of eradicating hunger worldwide by 2030. Campaign components will roll out over the next several months. A global operation with over 376,000 volunteers, Rise Against Hunger produces and packages meals that are distributed to partners in countries around the world as well as implementing such programs as skills training and education, clean water initiatives, business and agricultural assistance, health and nutrition awareness, and crisis response.
