Branding and design firm Landor has promoted EMEA region president Jane Geraghty to the role of chief executive officer. The appointment becomes effective January 1.
Geraghty joined the WPP unit in 2011, initially serving as managing director before taking the EMEA president title two years later. She previously led the London office for New York-based creative agency Naked Communications and was a partner at MDC Partners unit Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners. Earlier in her career she was an executive group director in Ogilvy & Mather’s New York office as well as business development head at McCann London.
Geraghty succeeds former Jack Morton Worldwide president Lois Jacobs, who’s held the Landor top slot since 2013. Jacobs will remain in the CEO role until the end of the year.
