Bateman Group brings on Christopher Heine as director of content and media strategy and Joe Franscella as a senior vice president. Heine, who was most recently Adweek’s technology editor, will be based in New York. He will be working with Bateman Group’s Growth Tech clients, alongside executive VP Paula Cavagnaro, who oversees the practice area. Franscella comes to Bateman Group from Bhava Communications, where he was an instrumental part of the team that guided that company through its IPO last year. At Bateman Group, he will focus on co-leading and growing the agency’s Trust practice, working out of the firm’s San Francisco office.

CG Life adds four senior professionals to its team. Lare Arra has been named executive creative director in the firm’s Chicago office. He has previously held senior creative roles with Sandbox, AbelsonTaylor, Chandler-Ehrlich and Leo Burnett. Jen Clancy, who was a principal at Baldwin/Clancy/Rogan Advertising, is now a VP in CG Life’s Boston outpost. Margo Zuffante has been appointed director, working out of Chicago. She comes to CG Life from Health Brand Group. As associate director, content in the agency’s San Diego office, Erin Righetti leads the creation of a wide range of content to drive interaction, engagement and demand for CG Life’s clients. Most recently, she was at EBD Group, where she oversaw branding and marketing campaigns.

Lumentus hires Marisa Lichtenstein as senior director, client relationships. Lichtenstein comes to Lumentus from brand experience and communications firm Image Media, where she served as VP. She will help direct digital strategy for clients as well as manage accounts and help conduct live events. The digital communications shop also announced the promotions of Bryan Bridges to senior director, digital strategy; Hameem Kader to director of search marketing; Phil McMahon to account director and Jesse Jacobs to director of creative strategy.

High10 Media recruits Ed James and Tony Rindsberg as senior VPs. James is leading work on large brands and corporate accounts from the new Nashville office and Rindsberg is helming the agency’s digital operations from San Diego. James joins High10 Media from CHQ Media, where he led projects for clients including Toyota, VH1 Save the Music, Guitar Center and Converse. Before CHQ, he founded and served as president of Cornerstone Public Relations. Prior to coming to High10, Rindsberg founded and grew the social media enterprise SaaS company, SOCi.
