Brunswick Group added Ogilvy UK CEO Marshall Manson to its global digital team. He previously oversaw Social@Ogilvy across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Based in London, he will work across Brunswick’s international offices, advising senior executives and boards on digital strategy. “Marshall’s vast experience in political, corporate and marketing disciplines means there are few people in the world better suited to advising boards on digital strategy and transformation,” said Brunswick Group CEO Susan Gilchrist.

Relevance International tapped Mike Goodwin, Emily Venugopal and Mitch Breindel to its leadership team as directors. Goodwin comes to Relevance from Makovsky Integrated Communications, where he was a senior VP. He has also been spokesperson and corporate communications manager for Pepsi Bottling Group, Xerox and International Paper. Venugopal was previously director of PR chief at New York’s The Pierre, a Taj Hotel, and has served on the tourist boards for Namibia, Palm Springs and the Greater Miami CVB. Breindel held roles as director of marketing and communications at commercial real estate firms Jones Lang LaSalle, Newmark Knight Frank and DTZ Rockwood. These appointments follow the recent opening of Relevance’s London office and a rebranding from Relevance New York to Relevance International.

Burson-Marsteller Hong Kong appointed George Godsal CEO and ‘market leader’ of its Hong Kong operation. Godsal assumes the position after having led the firm’s corporate and crisis communications practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He was also the managing director of the corporate and crisis communications practice at Burson-Marsteller London. Before joining Burson-Marsteller in 2014, Godsal was managing director of MSLGROUP’s corporate practice in London for three years. He takes over from Burson-Marsteller’s last Hong Kong market leader, Antoine Calendrier, who left the firm late last year. “George will be an incredible asset to us in Asia-Pacific with his experience at varied senior positions across the globe, understanding of the Burson network and his reputation as a trusted client counselor,” said Margaret Key, CEO, Burson-Marsteller Asia-Pacific.
