Allison+Partners tapped Pranav Kumar to serve as managing director of its new outpost in India and Michelle Rovere to be managing director of its recently opened Australian office in Sydney. Prior to A+P, Kumar established Next Fifteen agency and was its managing director. At A+P, he will oversee business growth and operations in India, as well as providing strategic counsel to the firm’s India clients. Rovere comes to the firm after having founded two consulting businesses and worked with agencies including Burson-Marsteller, Hausmann Communications and Howorth Communications. French/West/Vaughan has hired Kristen Lueck as director, influencer marketing and Nothailah Meehan as media director. Lueck comes to FWV from Golin in Chicago, where she was a senior manager overseeing cross functional teams responsible for driving content and engagement for 17 different brands within the McDonald’s, ConAgra, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson account groups. At FWV, she will be working with consumer brand clients including VF Jeanswear (Wrangler, Lee), Pendleton Whiskey and Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. Meehan was previously with the Raleigh office of Ketchum South (formerly Capstrat), where she served as media supervisor. Nike Communications named Brian Boye VP, effective Jan. 3. Boye, who worked at Nike from 1996 to 1998, returns to the company after stints as fashion director at Daily News Record and a 17-year run at Men’s Health, where most recently he was executive fashion and grooming director. At Nike, Boye will oversee beauty, grooming, fitness and men’s style, as well as working with agency clients including Technogym, The Art of Shaving, Clarins, Vilebrequin and Newa. “I’m thrilled to have Brian back at the agency, bringing his deep consumer insights and product knowledge,” said Nike founder/president Nina Kaminer. “Brian’s understanding of how to reach millions of consumers each month will provide exceptional value to our practice.”
