Fusion92 has appointed Doug Dome as president. Before coming to Fusion92, Dome was founder and CEO of Core 7, Inc., a Chicago-based start-up venture that developed a marketing platform which employs artificial intelligence and machine learning to create industry-specific master algorithms. He was also founder and CEO of Dome Consulting and has held executive posts at All Terrain, Gigunda Group, Carmichael Lynch Spong and Hill+Knowlton. Dome will be responsible for managing Fusion 92's day-to-day strategy, planning and execution. “Doug’s unique background as a data-driven marketer, innovator, entrepreneur, agency leader, management consultant and educator, coupled with a proven track record of agency transformation, will help lead Fusion92 through its current growth phase,” said Fusion92 founder and CEO Matt Murphy.

London-based tech marketing agency Merkle has named Julia Crawley-Boevey head of mergers and acquisitions for EMEA. Prior to joining Merkle, Crawley-Boevey was head of global business strategy and M&A at digital marketing agency iCrossing. Ar Merkle, she will be responsible for sourcing the EMEA companies best aligned with Merkle’s aims, leading all deal activity and overseeing post-acquisition integration. Since making its first major company acquisitions in the region in 2015, Merkle has expanded in EMEA to over 1,300 employees, with 12 offices across five countries. “Julia has unrivalled experience in helping global companies in our space to grow rapidly through M&A. Crosby Marketing Communications has added Ashley Butler and Laura Pezzullo to its digital/social media team. Butler, who is coming as social media strategist, will primarily support content marketing activities for Military OneSource, the Department of Defense’s program that serves enlisted personnel and their families. Prior to joining Crosby, she was a social media strategist for Chobani Greek Yogurt, managing engagement and content strategy across the brand’s digital platforms. Pezzullo joins Crosby as senior digital program manager, overseeing content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email programs and analytics. She will support clients including Military OneSource, Social Security Administration, USDA, Veterans Health Administration and Maryland Primary Care. Most recently, she was a marketing manager for Bozzuto, leading marketing efforts for more than 40 real estate communities in the Delaware-Maryland-Virginia area.
