Taco Bell scored a high-profile legal and PR victory today as a lawsuit that raised questions about its beef was dismissed.

CEO Greg Creed took to YouTube to enjoy the moment, take a bow and stress that the company made no concessions and did not cut a deal.

Taco Bell pushed back aggressively from the outset (link, sub req'd) of the suit in January, as Creed blasted the Alabama law firm which demanded "corrective advertising" and alleged that its taco beef did not qualify as ground beef under federal regulations.
