Text 100 CEO Aedhmar Hynes said in an interview with regional director Rowan Benecke that despite rhetoric from some corporations supporting social media communications, budgets do not yet reflect the investment to match the talk.
"We are still seeing the dominant form of communications to be traditional and what we're experiencing is that we're eeking out additional budget, whether it's from communications or from other departments, to focus on this social platform," she said. "There's almost an inverse ratio between influence in terms of decision making and where communications and corporations are placing their budget."
