The Society has yet to post on GuideStar or Foundation Center 990 Finder its Form 990 report to the IRS. The form shows salaries of the top six staffers, legal costs, occupancy costs and other information not in the audit.
The Independent Sector, an association of 800 non-profits, recommends that non-profits post on their websites early in the year electronic versions of their audits and Form 990s.
IS said that many associations seek extensions for reporting their finances when there is little or no need for such extensions.
