MWW Group chief Michael Kempner is pulling double-duty as
CEO of The Financial Relations Board in a restructuring move
of Interpublic's IR/financial PR unit. He is replacing Donni
Case, who has exited the president post.

Kempner, who remains at the helm of MWW, told O'Dwyer's there
are no plans to name a successor to Case. "I am her replacement,"
he said.
FRB, he said, will continue to operate as a separate division
aligned with New Jersey-based-MWW. It had reported to Weber
Shandwick.
FRB will remain an independent entity under the MWW umbrella
because it is a "great brand with great people,"
said Kemper. It is being shifted to MWW for more "aggressive
marketing" and broadened service offerings, he added.
Case, who had more than 30 years of experience at FRB, succeeded
the legendary Ted Pincus in `01.
FRB has 60 staffers. It had $26.6 million in fees in `97
and 244 staffers. FRB was acquired by BSMG in `99, and merged
into WS in `00.
