Omnicom is folding The Washington Group lobbying unit into Clark & Weinstock. The move is part of Omnicom’s plan to consolidate operations in D.C.

Vin Weber, the former Republican Congressman from Minnesota, heads C&W. It had fees of $7.5M in '07. Clients include Ericsson North America, General Dynamics, Nokia, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Panasonic and Yahoo.
C&W is the surviving name of the merged entity. |
