Dani Dudeck, VP of global communications at MySpace, is stepping down for a top post at social network gaming developer Zynga.

Dudeck, a former Edelman staffer who moved in-house with the social network client in 2006 as a director, started her PR career at Cohn & Wolfe and Hill & Knowlton in Los Angeles. She was promoted to VP at MySpace in July 2008.
She is relocating from Los Angeles to San Francisco, the home city for Zynga, which produces the popular Facebook games Mafia Wars and Farmville among several others.
Dudeck was featured in a widely circulated video “interview” with Techcrunch this month in which she didn’t answer or acknowledge questions from editor Michael Arrington.
MySpace, which is owned by News Corp., underwent an overhaul last year which saw 30 percent of its workforce cut in a bid to better compete with Facebook.
