Michele Nadeem, a top corporate communications exec at DHL Express US, has moved to Royal Caribbean Cruises as VP of global corporate communications for the Miami-based cruise ship operator.
The RCC post had been vacated by Michael Sheehan this month. Sheehan, who was previously associate VP, assumed the VP role after Lynn Martenstein left the VP slot for GolinHarris in June 2009. The AVP slot has been eliminated.
Nadeem was a member of the “corporate communications counsel” for DHL’s parent company, DPWN/Deutsche Post and oversaw an 18-person team covering corporate comms., public affairs, CSR, media and industry analyst relations for the U.S. division.
Earlier, she founded PR firm Media Boston International after a stint at Siemens.
