Neuman takes on the senior VP post in San Francisco concentrating on strategy, new business development with a focus on mobile and enterprise software.
At Bite, a unit of Next Fifteen Communications Group, she dealt with global brands and start-ups. Those clients include Sun Mircrosystems, ZTE, Mocana, Bytemobile and SonicWall.
She now reports to Linda Clarke, management director at Horn Group. Clarke lauded Neuman’s track record in enterprise software, mobile and security companies in announcing the new hire.
Horn Group is trumpeting a 30 percent growth rate in 2010, a sharp turnaround from the 26 percent decline in 2009 fees of $6.1M.
During the first half, Horn Group says it added about $1.8M in revenues from new clients such as BitDefender, Splunk, Chile IT, SocialShield and Spencer Trask.
