The Federal Emergency Management Agency has kicked off a search for a broadcast media monitoring vendor on a contract that could stretch up to four years.
FEMA’s office of external affairs uses media monitoring services to track local and national broadcast reports as they related to its operations in the field. It wants a 24/7 service with digital capabilities to held monitor its public affairs messaging and respond to events, according to a statement of work released by the federal agency.
The resulting contract is expected to last for one year with three options.
