Vivo Resorts, a beachfront resort and real estate development in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, is looking for a U.S.-based PR agency specializing in real estate.

The luxury condo resort, which is located on the southern tip of Oaxaca, Mexico’s Emerald Coast, and was recently featured on HGTV’s “House Hunters International,” seeks a PR firm to reach out to future potential U.S. customers and raise awareness among potential buyers, as well as to showcase the Puerto Escondido community and its resort/vacation industry.
Scope of the work includes development of a media outreach strategy and connecting with U.S.-based press outlets that fit the development’s market, press release development and monthly reporting and review meetings.
The envisioned campaign would run between six and 12 months.
Deadline for submissions is August 10, 2018.
