Goodwill

Goodwill of North Georgia is looking for a communications partner to help it learn more about the shoppers/potential shoppers in its more than 60 stores that sell donated goods and provide employment services for people having trouble finding work or interested in new careers.

The nonprofit's primary customer base: women aged 25-54 with household incomes of more than $75K living in the metropolitan Atlanta region.

Goodwill anticipates retail sales of $137.5M in fiscal 2019, up from $123.9M in 2018 when the average transaction was $16.42.

According to its RFP, Goodwill wants a firm/firms to strategize about what is happening in the thrift retail arena, indicate the factors impacting sales donations, determine the marketing, PR and advertising approach, "including but not limited to developing a customer journey and messaging architecture, providing feedback on the overall customer experience and developing a PR and advertising plan."

Goodwill's communications budget is $1.8M which incudes fee, media and production.

Deadline to respond to the RFP is March 1.
