Isabella County, Michigan is soliciting proposals from agencies that can conduct a marketing campaign to raise awareness of the county’s Veterans Affairs office and the services it provides veterans and their dependents with assistance in obtaining benefits from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Scope of the work includes building an easily-identifiable brand name for the Isabella County VA; providing a comprehensive marketing plan along with outreach materials to increase awareness of the Isabella County VA among Isabella County veterans; and producing design ideas for a VA display booth for use at resource fairs and expos;

The County needs marketing services to be completed by September 30, but has a desired target date for completed services of September 2.

Deadline for proposals is 2:00 p.m. (EST) on July 3, 2019.

All bidding firms must submit five bound copies of a proposals in an envelope clearly marked “Isabella County Marketing Services Proposal.” Additionally, a PDF copy of proposals must to be emailed to Isabella County deputy administrator/controller Nicole F. Frost, [email protected].

A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 3, in Room 225 of the Isabella County Building in Mt. Pleasant.
