Westchester County, NY’s Department of Social Services is requesting proposals from agencies than can provide promotional and marketing services for the Westchester Putnam Local Workforce Development Board, which provides resources and employment opportunities for job seekers through a network of Career Centers in White Plains, Mt. Vernon, Carmel, Peekskill and Yonkers.

An agency is needed to design, develop and implement strategic advertising and public relations campaigns that will raise the profile and awareness of WPWDB and Career Center Network programs among businesses and job seekers throughout the Westchester, Putnam and Hudson Valley area, as well as support a comprehensive brand strategy for WPWDB and Career Center Network programs across key stakeholders and support WPWDB website’s content, enhancements and redesign.

Scope of the services include: Media buying; graphic design services; content generation and copywriting; target market identification; market research and analysis; material production for tradeshows; web design; social media management; digital marketing; managing marketing budget and activities to establish ROI; public relations materials (press conference coordination); and overall brand management. 

Terms of the contract run for four years, beginning in September and ending in June 2023.

All bidders must submit one original and four copies of their proposals, as well as one electronic version on a USB drive, saved with the following labels: (1) Program narrative, (2) Budget, (3) Samples of deliverables, (4) Scope of work to be performed, (5) Timetable, and (5) other (resumes, signed schedules, references). All packages/envelopes must be labeled “Marketing and Promotional RFP.”
