MONTGOMERY COLLEGE

Maryland’s Montgomery College is requesting bids among agencies that can provide marketing services for the college’s biotechnology training programs.

MC is a public community college located in Montgomery County, Maryland, which operates three campuses (in Rockville, Takoma Park/Silver Spring and Germantown). Maryland’s second oldest community college, MC enrolls roughly 54,000 students each year.

MC is looking for firms with biotechnology experience that can deliver marketing services to promote the college’s “Bio-Trac” program, which offers a series of hands-on training programs that focus on targeted areas of molecular biology for bench and research scientists.

Scope of the work includes announcement of the Bio-Trac program, logo placement in established web based and email-based newsletters, event support and social media announcements to coincide with upcoming workshops and events.

Terms of contract call for a one year commitment from the date of the contract award, with the option of up to four additional one-year renewals, at MC’s discretion.

Proposals need to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. (EST) November 12 and should be sent to:

Montgomery College Office of Procurement
