Wake County, North Carolina is seeking proposals from agencies that can develop a multifaceted marketing and communication campaign to promote the adoption of children and decrease children’s length of stay in the County’s foster care system.

The most populous county in the Tar Heel State, Wake County consists of 12 municipalities, including state capital Raleigh. It's considered one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States.
The County’s specific goal is to promote the adoption of older children, sibling groups and children with special needs as well as recruit foster homes based on defined geographical, race and ethnicity and language needs.
Scope of the work includes developing a targeted print marketing campaign as well as a campaign for billboards and local ads, email marketing and automation marketing and social media marketing work.
Proposals are due by 3 p.m. (EST) on Feb. 18 and should be mailed to:

Bidding agencies should submit six copies of their proposals as well as an electronic version on a USB thumb drive.
