Liberty, South Carolina, is accepting qualifications from agencies that can assist in the development of a vision for the city as well as provide marketing services that promote that vision.

The Pickens County city, with a population of 3,300, is looking for an agency that can identify what’s unique and special about Liberty and lead an effort to devise a short- and long-term vision for the city to be promoted through the creation of branding and marketing materials and messages.

Liberty has the option to retain the marketing company it hires for up to five years.

Statement of qualifications are due before 2 p.m. (EST), Thursday, Feb. 27 and should be delivered or mailed to:
