Henderson State University, the second oldest institution of higher learning in the state of Arkansas, is seeking an agency that can develop and implement a marketing and public relations campaign to boost enrollment and build university brand identity and awareness.

The Arkadelphia, AR-based public university, which maintains an average undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000, wants a full-service marketing agency that can develop a public relations plan that identifies ways to boost brand recognition in an effort to increase enrollment at the university, as well as confidence and public sentiment.

Scope of the work includes devising an overall public relations campaign and plan for implementation; brand positioning and awareness for potential students and their parents; outreach and messaging development; internal communications; and metrics and monitoring work.

Campaign work is anticipated to commence January 1, 2021.
