The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, the nonprofit public policy and educational group dedicated to researching issues affecting African Americans and eliminating disparities in the Black community, is seeking proposals from agencies that can provide marketing, strategic communications and media relations services.

CBCF is looking for a firm experienced with small nonprofit organizations that can implement a marketing and communications strategy and plan that builds awareness of the foundation and the work it does.

Scope of the work includes creating a public relations strategy that utilizes earned, owned and paid media to reach targeted audiences; and refining and refreshing CBCF’s brand and visual identity in an effort to raise awareness of the foundation and increase visibility of its programs and priorities among key audiences.

The anticipated contract is expected to commence on February 1.
