South Carolina’s Tri-County Technical College

South Carolina’s Tri-County Technical College is seeking proposals from agencies that can develop an awareness campaign for one of the community college’s computer programs.

The Pendleton, SC-based public community college, which maintains three additional campuses in Anderson, Easley and Seneca, is looking for an agency that can raise awareness of its computer numerical control (CNC) programs, which entails the automated control of tools and 3D printers by means of a computer. TCTC also seeks to educate the community about careers in CNC and the growing demand for machinists in this skilled labor field.

Scope of work includes conducting a research study to gather insights and an understanding of target audiences as well as inform recommended messaging; developing a strategy for reaching those audience as well as how to deliver messaging; and providing recommendations for branding and creative elements.

The maximum amount of funding available for the work is $50,000.

Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. (EST) on December 22 and should be mailed to:

All bidding agencies should submit one original hardcopy of their technical and price proposals (marked “original”) as well as three hardcopies of their technical proposal (marked “copy”).
