Truman State University is requesting proposals from firms that can create a marketing plan and provide associated services that raise awareness of its master’s degree programs.

The Kirksville, Missouri-based public university, which counts approx. 6,000 students, is looking for an agency that can develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that generates increased student enrollment across its 10 different master’s degree programs.

The executed marketing plan will place an emphasis on digital marketing and should also include engagement segmentation to drive program awareness and lead generation for prospective students.

Proposed budget for the requested services should not exceed $100,000.

Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, February 11 and should be delivered to:

All bidding agencies should include one original hardcopy of their proposals as well as an electronic copy on a USB thumb drive. All proposals should be marked “Request for Proposal, Project SP21-13 for Graduate Marketing Program.”
