The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services is looking for a PR or marketing firm that can conduct media and marketing services for Ohio’s Adult Protective Services Program, which works to protect vulnerable adults over the age of sixty in the Buckeye State.

ODJFS is seeking proposals from firms that can manage and implement all aspects of a statewide elder abuse awareness campaign led by ODJFS’ Office of Families and Children.

Scope of work calls for creating a media and outreach plan for the campaign utilizing earned and paid media that reaches all 88 counties in Ohio through the use of multiple formats and mediums (social media, radio, billboards, flyers, and additional marketing tactics).

The contract for the work runs from February to August 31, 2021.

Deadline to submit proposals is 3:00 pm (EST) on February 8. All proposals must be submitted electronically using The State of Ohio FileDrop service.

Questions should be posted on the State Procurement site by 8:00 a.m. (EST) on January 19.
