The Memphis, Tennessee-based nonprofit is currently implementing Shelby County, TN’s first high-quality early care and education system, which aims to prepare 90 percent of its children to be Kindergarten-ready and ensure that 90 percent of 3rd graders are reading at grade level by 2025.

F8M is looking for an agency with experience working with nonprofits—particularly those familiar with the culture of Memphis and Shelby County—to lead day-to-day communications efforts and develop a communications strategy that will improve F8M’s efforts in becoming an early care and education advocacy, coordinating and convening organization.

Scope of the work includes providing brand communications support, devising communications and public relations strategy (particularly social media strategy and content), creating content-based PR/communications campaigns and providing reputation management.

Terms of the contract is slated to begin around April 15.
