The City of Richland Hills, Texas is seeking proposals from agencies that can complete a citywide branding and marketing project.

The North Central Texas town, which sits in Tarrant County eight miles northeast of Fort Worth, is looking for a firm that can develop and create an effective, professional brand and logo for the city that represents its strengths and assets and gives Richland Hills a stronger, more viable image and unified message in an effort to attract new residents and businesses.

The project comes with a maximum budget of $30,000.

Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Feb. 18 and should be delivered to:

All proposal envelopes should be labeled with the submitting agency’s name as well as “RFP 2021-01 City Branding.”

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place at 3:00 p.m. (CST) in the City Hall Council Chambers.
