The Northwest 79th Street Community Redevelopment Agency, the association established to stimulate and support the rehabilitation, improvement and redevelopment of the NW 79th Street commercial and residential corridor in Miami’s Gladeview neighborhood, is seeking an agency that can provide marketing, branding and public relations support.

The CRA is looking for a marketing consultant that can update the association’s image and develop a brand and marketing strategy that delivers its message via a marketing program to area residents, businesses and visitors in an effort to stimulate new investment and job growth as well as inform businesses regarding the CRA’s grant, incentive and investment programs.

Scope of the work includes conducting a marketing analysis of the NW 79th Street CRA; developing a brand platform for the CRA (including tag line, brand statement and logo treatments as well as additional design elements for use in advertisements and marketing materials, brochures, letterhead, business cards, banners, website, etc.); and creating a marketing plan, public relations strategy and advertising campaign that solidifies the brand and delivers the message to the key residents, businesses and visitors.

The CRA anticipates awarding a contract for one year from the date of execution. Engagement may be continued for up to four additional one-year terms at the CRA’s discretion.
