The Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District and Sacramento Area Sewer District, the two authorities charged with providing wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment services to the million-plus residents of the greater Sacramento region, are seeking proposals from firms that can provide on-call public relations services.

Regional San and SASD are looking for a full-service PR firm that can provide strategic counsel and support in areas related to customer relations; education and awareness campaigns; material design and production; web design; and branding.
Scope of the work includes: providing strategic PR counsel, crisis communications and project management work; content development; creative and graphics services (for websites and print collateral such as newsletters, flyers, calendars, reports, brochures and diagrams); social media work; media relations; advertising; web development and management; event planning; stakeholder outreach; and print/production oversight.
Submissions are due by 4:00 p.m. (PST) on Friday, April 9 and should be mailed or delivered to:
