Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, the planning commission serving the nine municipalities comprising Chittenden County, Vermont, is requesting proposals from agencies that can help implement a social change marketing campaign.

Chittenden County’s county seat is Burlington, Vermont’s most populous city.

The purpose of CCRPC’s campaign, called Rethink Runoff, is to engage and educate residents and businesses regarding the issue of water quality, and particularly, the impacts of storm water runoff in Chittenden County.

Scope of the work includes conducting a media campaign (placement of ads in various media outlets); design services and development of new creative materials (for ads, website and promotional items); coordination of public outreach efforts; web maintenance and operation; and

participation in meetings.

Terms of the contract run for a five-year period, anticipated to begin July 1, 2021 and through June 30, 2026. Annual budget for the services may vary year to year, depending upon scope of the work.

Proposals are due by 4 p.m. (EST) Friday, April 9. Proposals should be submitted via email (in PDF format) to [email protected].
