Newport, Oregon is looking for an agency that can provide tourism promotion services.
The Oregon coastal city, which is the county seat of Lincoln County, needs an agency that can provide an array of marketing services such as content marketing, creative production, social media marketing and search engine marketing in an effort to position the city as a tourist destination.
Scope of the work includes: designing and creating display ads; submitting stories for advertorials and other content opportunities; writing, designing, illustrating and preparing creative materials (including advertisements and broadcast content); web design and support; social media marketing; creating a weekly newsletter or e-newsletter; search engine marketing; media buying; and producing monthly reports.
Terms of the contract run for a year, with an option to extend for up to two additional three-year terms, at the city’s discretion.
Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. (PST) on June 4.
