Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority

The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority, the marketing organization responsible for promoting Miami Beach as a tourist destination, is seeking an agency that can provide public relations services in an effort to raise awareness of the destination among national and international visitors.

MBVCA is looking for an agency specializing in media outreach, strategic planning, event recruitment, social media promotions and trend tracking that can promote the Miami Beach brand, increase awareness of Miami Beach as a world-class destination for leisure and business travel, generate press of Miami Beach in targeted regional, national and international markets, secure stories in A-list travel, lifestyle and niche publications and effectively position Miami Beach as a premier destination for leisure/group business, cultural events and film production.

Proposals are due by 3 p.m. on November 1. All bidding agencies should submit one original and 10 copies of their proposals, which must be submitted to the following address:

All envelopes should be labeled with the respondent’s name and address, as well as the RFP number (RFP 2–21/22) and title (Public Relations Services for the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority).

All bidding agencies must additionally submit an electronic submission through the Public Purchase portal

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 13 via Zoom.
