UN Women

UN Women, which fights to end discrimination and empower females, sees a PR firm for its liaison office for the Gulf Cooperation Council, located in the United Arab Emirates.

The partner will support UNW’s advocacy efforts and programming through coordination and partnerships with GCC actors in the government, private/nonprofit sectors and academic institutions.

It will draft releases/talking points/statements, create social media and video content, conduct interviews and translate materials from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.

The firm “should consider a gender sensitive approach in local and international context,” according to the RFP. That sensitivity “is critical for the success of our programs/initiatives, activities and operational excellence.”

Proposals are due Oct. 20.
