Anne Arundel

Anne Arundel County, which has about 600K people and features Maryland’s capital city of Annapolis, wants to hire a firm to work with the Department of Public Works to build on its PR efforts and conduct outreach to improve communications with property owners and residents.

DPW has 750 people working in five bureaus: engineering, highways, utility operations, waste management services, and watershed protection & restoration.

Recognizing that many people are unaware of the valuable services that it provides, DPW wants to improve two-way communications with its customers.

The goals of the RFP are to improve awareness of DPW, enhance its image & reputation, address negative perceptions and generate goodwill in the community.

Proposals are due Feb. 2, 2022 and may be emailed to [email protected].
