NSITE

NSITE, a nonprofit that provides employment services connecting employers with people who are blind, visually impaired and/or veterans, is seeking an agency that can provide a variety of communications and media relations services.

An enterprise of National Industries for the Blind—which is the nation’s largest employment resource for people who are blind—NSITE launched in early 2021 for the purpose of expanding employment opportunities for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. The consultancy is looking for a PR/marcoms firm with experience working with startups that can develop ideas to expand NSITE’s brand awareness, storytelling narrative and business/societal impact in an effort to ensure market growth.

Scope of the work includes branding development; creating a strategic communication strategy and plan to advance NSITE’s mission; message development; securing media coverage in various national- and local-level outlets and trade publications; social media support and content creation; providing communications planning and execution in support of various NSITE strategic initiatives and activities (marketing and branding campaigns and special events); and providing writing and editing services for various communication products (press releases, media advisories, social media, blog posts, LinkedIn articles and website copy).

Terms of the work call for a one-year commitment with the option to extend based on the mutual agreement of both parties.
