A four-town region in eastern Connecticut is seeking proposals from agencies that can create a logo/brand and marketing plan promoting the region.

The towns of Bolton, Coventry, Mansfield and Tolland, which are located immediately east of capital Hartford, have partnered to create a regional economic action plan, and are looking for a marketing firm with experience working with non-profits or municipalities that can develop a plan to promote key industry areas, grow strategic partnerships and attract new businesses to the region.

Scope of the work includes the development of a logo/brand or tagline for the towns’ region, creation of a brand guide/communications toolkit (including font, colors, graphics and logo) to promote the region, implementation of a marketing strategy and creation of a campaign brochure.

The anticipated budget for the work is $8,000.

Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, April 7, and should be sent electronically to [email protected] with the subject line: “Logo/Brand-Marketing Plan Development Proposal.”

All proposals should be sent as a single PDF file not exceeding 15 MB in size.
