El Paso County, which has about 750K people and is anchored by Colorado Springs, is looking for a bilingual English and Spanish media campaign to bolster awareness of the risks posed by COVID-19.
The effort will cover prevention measures, treatments and therapeutic options that are available in Colorado's most populous county.
The Dept. of Public Health is “looking for comprehensive social/digital and traditional media marketing strategies, content development, media buys, and ad placement,” according to the RFP.
The consultant will work closely with El Paso’s public health officials.
The campaign is to kick off mid-July and run though May 2023. Proposals are due May 4 at the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing portal.
