Oregon’s public health division is seeking pitches from firms to provide strategic communications and social marketing planning, strategy, implementation, training, and consultation services for a variety initiatives. 

The overall objective is to articulate PHD’s values, goals and work as it relates to eliminating health inequities, according to the RFP.

Selected firms shall perform communications, policy messaging assignments when issued work orders for specific projects.

PHD’s partners must “demonstrate innovation by being on the leading edge of technology in the communications and social marketing industry; focus on public health, social justice, racial equity or social change issues, movement building and working with diverse, multicultural communities.”

The division will issue three-year agreements with options for another four years.

Proposals are due July 6 at the OregonBuys portal.
