Denver International Airport is looking for a partner (s) to develop, implement and manage the multiple marketing initiatives for its shops and concessionaires.

The Airport is looking for bidders that have equity, diversity and inclusion embedded in their policies, procedures, practices, initiatives, and exhibit actionable results and ensure that of those that they partner with, according to the RFP. 

The scope of work includes capturing real-time concessionaire and passenger data to enable decision making for all stakeholders to provide insights on improving commercial performance and enhancing customer service.

DIA wants a detailed strategic marketing plan that will equally and fairly promote all concession locations and categories.

The RFP calls for a strategic PR and advertising campaign, along with outreach to local news outlets.

DIA plans to issue a five-year contract. 

Proposals are due August 19 at DIA’s portal.
