Pullman, Washington

The city of Pullman, Washington is soliciting proposals from agencies that can create, implement and perform tourism promotion, marketing and special event coordination services.

The southeast Washington city, which is home to Washington State University, has a population of about 35,000.

Pullman is looking for an agency that can coordinate and implement the city’s Strategic Tourism Plan and provide multimedia tourism marketing services in an effort to increase tourism business and the number of tourists that come to the city.

Scope of the work includes managing Pullman’s tourism website; maintaining and updating Pullman’s Facebook presence; designing, printing and distributing posters, rack cards and print advertising; performing media relations across print, online and radio channels to target travelers; hosting tour operators and travel writers; and measurement work.

Work for the contract is slated to start in 2023 and runs for two years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
