Virginia’s Fairfax County is requesting proposals from agencies that can provide online marketing services.

The Northern Virginia county, which borders Washington, D.C, counts a population of more than one million and is home to several government agencies, including the CIA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Fairfax County is looking for an agency that can develop a marketing program and craft an online recruitment campaign that strategically promotes The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, The Fairfax County Office of the Sheriff and The Fairfax County Department of Public Safety Communications.

Scope of the work includes: providing brand development and research strategy services, creating and editing photos and recruitment videos, developing digital marketing and strategic online recruiting campaigns and submitting monthly reports.

Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. (ET) on Oct. 3 and should be submitted electronically through Fairfax County’s Bonfire eProcurement portal: https://fairfaxcounty.bonfirehub.com.

An optional online pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. (ET) on September 13 via the Microsoft Teams platform.
