New Jersey’s Cape May County is looking for a partner to develop a branding and marketing campaign designed to lure technology and innovation-based companies to establish or relocate their businesses there.
The initiative is part of the County’s effort to diversify its tourism-oriented economic base by creating well-paying year-round jobs.
The economic push is focused on the new 20,000 sq. ft. “Tech Hangar” located at Cape May County Airport.
The selected firm will pitch prospective Tech Hangar tenants on Cape May’s high quality of life, abundant natural resources and easy access to major population centers and markets in the Northeast.
A second Tech Hangar will open this Fall.
