Tualatin, Oregon

The City of Tualatin, Oregon, is seeking proposals from marketing agencies.

The Washington County town, which is a suburb of Portland, counts a population of about 28,000.

Tualatin’s public library is looking for an agency that can develop a marketing plan that promotes its public library and reflects the diversity of the Tualatin community in an effort to boost public use and engagement with the library.

Scope of the work includes developing and providing guidance for a marketing plan, creating templates for marketing collateral (including its e-newsletter and monthly event calendar) and developing marketing graphics for social media and/or print collateral.

The contract calls for the work to commence on November 1 and run for one year, with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions.

Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. (PT) on October 14 and should be sent via email to [email protected].

All bidding agencies should submit their technical proposals and price proposals as two separate documents.

Questions should be directed to Richard Contreras, contracts and procurement analyst, at [email protected].
