Alabama Dept. of Labor

The Alabama Department of Labor has issued a request for proposals for firms specializing in marketing services.

The Montgomery-based government department is looking for a communications firm that can work with the ADOL to raise awareness of a new unemployment compensation “ombudsmen” program to be located in various Career Centers across the state.

ADOL seeks a firm that can create a statewide campaign informing Alabamians of the availability of this service.

Scope of the work includes developing creative assets (in English and Spanish), educating Alabamians of the new unemployment compensation program; increasing awareness of Career Center services for both job seekers and employers; driving traffic to www.labor.alabama.gov and increasing participation in the UC Ombudsman service; conducting market research; delivering messaging via digital marketing, broadcast marketing, print, outdoor, social media, and materials for in-house advertising, posters, brochures; and providing media planning and buying services.

Proposals are due by Nov. 25 and should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line “Marketing Services /Outreach Campaign for ADOL.”

Questions should be directed to Tina Moore at [email protected].
