Irish Rail has issued an RFQ as it compiles a short-list of firms to provide PR support for its corporate communications department.
It provides passenger and freight service between Dublin and Belfast and service to cities such as Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Sligo, Westport and Galway.
The RFQ calls for support in the areas of consumer PR, media relations, event planning, CSR initiatives, sustainability, influencer/brand ambassador development, stakeholder outreach and government relations/public affairs.
Irish Rail plans to award a three-year contract. Responses to the RFQ are due Dec. 8.
